2.1 Booking Agreement

When you make a booking with SteadyPassage, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these conditions. A contract will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation invoice. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by English Law, and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

2.2 Booking Accuracy

It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of all details on your booking confirmation as soon as you receive it. If any details appear to be incorrect or incomplete, please contact us immediately as it may not be possible to make changes later.

2.3 Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to alter any of our advertised prices. Our current prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.

A deposit (the amount of which will be specified at the time of booking) is required to secure your booking. The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 10 weeks before your departure date. If the deposit and/or balance are not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements and retain your deposit.

2.4 Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you and everyone traveling with you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, certificates of vaccination, and any other documents required by government authorities. We are not responsible for any issues that arise due to your failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of all recommended vaccinations and health precautions for your destination. We cannot be held responsible for any health issues that arise during or after your trip.

2.5 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients take out appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, loss of baggage, personal liability, and other potential risks. SteadyPassage cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred due to the client not having adequate travel insurance.

3. Rights and Responsibilities

3.1 Our Rights and Responsibilities

We will arrange for the provision of the services to you, which form part of your booking. These services will be provided either directly by us or through independent suppliers contracted by us. We accept responsibility for ensuring that all parts of the holiday are supplied as described in the booking confirmation and that all services reach a reasonable standard.

We may alter any aspect of your travel arrangements due to circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, governmental action, industrial dispute, acts of God, civil unrest, fire, or adverse weather conditions.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel your booking if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you the choice of an alternative holiday or a full refund of all monies paid.

3.2 Your Rights and Responsibilities

You are responsible for your behavior and that of your party. We reserve the right to terminate your holiday arrangements if your behavior is likely to cause distress, damage, danger, or annoyance to other clients, employees, property, or anyone else. If you are prevented from traveling because in the opinion of any person in authority you appear to be unfit to travel or likely to cause discomfort or disturbance to others, our responsibility for your holiday will cease immediately. Full cancellation charges will apply, and we will have no obligation to provide a refund, make a compensation payment, or meet any costs you incur as a result.

You must inform us of any special requests at the time of booking. We will advise the relevant supplier of such requests, but we cannot guarantee that they will be met. Furthermore, we have no liability to you if such requests are not met.

If you have a complaint about any of the services included in your holiday, you must inform our local representative or agent without undue delay who will endeavor to put things right. If it is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to our Customer Services Department. Please keep your letter concise and to the point. It is strongly recommended that you communicate any complaint to the supplier of the services as well as to our representative without delay.

  • The act(s) and/or omission(s) of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party; or
